  8. Create a “virtual showing” video for your listings

For Buyers

  1. Offer times with “Live” Showings where people can tune in as well as virtual showing appointments. These are meant to limit the times of access to the home

  2. Offer “Live” Open House times during regular Sat/Sun weekend time slots

  3. Write offers conditional on viewings

  4. Offer inspection processes virtually with only 1 vendor in the home who is adopting to all health and safety protocol
